Sodium hydroxide. 15 minutes after application, stick
head in oven to scrub off gunk, inhale heartily and discover that, yes, do in
fact have nerve endings *inside* lungs. Or at least, did.
Inhale vinegar fumes to neutralise trachea. Can now see
into oven through window, but not through etched corneas.
Fun with household chemicals. Next week: setting fire to
pencil sharpeners.
