Well, of course, there's a long tradition of curry in pop music. The Everly
Brothers made two curry classics: "Hello Vindaloo, Goodbye Heart" and "Tikka
Message to Mary", Elvis sang "Return pasanda - Madras unknown...", Eddie
Cochran's 20 Flight Rock went "Fifteenth floor I'm starting my Sag...", and
Cliff had his Living Dhal.

In later years we've had
Richard Harris with Masala Park,
First Choice with Ba-smati Pants
Abba with Dhansak Queen
Culture Club with Korma Chameleon
Paul Hardcastle with Naan-teen
Madonna with Poppadom Preach

.......to name but a few.

Not forgetting:
10cc with Oh Donner
David Bowie with Balti Young Dudes
The Beatles with Aloo Goodbye
Boney M with Bhaji Rivers of Babylon

and for the old timers...
Ray Charles with Tikka these Chains from my Heart
Harry Lauder with I Love a Lassi
