It's a soft, green wicket. They think the peat should favour the Bengali
spinners over the Caribbean pacemen. We sent Geoff Boycott out with a
bunch of keys, and he hasn't been seen since. Any shot landing in the
dolmen has been ruled to be 5 runs. There's an overly-literal
interpretation of the term `gully' and the outfield is devilishly quick
because it's limestone carse. Drinks breaks will be taken every half an
hour, by the spectators. Seems all in order.
